With over a decade of experience in Medical Device design, we have designed High speed Micro-centrifuges, Clinical centrifuges, Thermo-cyclers, Power supplies, Rockers, personal Desktop Mini-centrifuges, shakers, vortexers, rotators, nutators, water bath housings, dry bath blocks, and even pipetter stands. Proprietary agreements prevent us from showing all the designs we have successfully completed, however, our designs have been sold by Fischer scientific and a number of other world wide distributors. We have designed Micro centrifuges that run at 14,000 RPM, and pull 16,000 xG. And we have experience designing in 100, 120, and 230 volt power supply systems with circuit board based jumpers to limit your stock numbers, and increase your productivity. We have also designed rotors, and modified existing rotor designs, minimizing weight and inertia. This results in faster acceleration and deceleration times. We have provided stress analysis for lightened rotors. We work closely with DC brushless Motor manufacturers to provide the correct motor, for the best price. And we work with a successful electronics designer, to provide you with custom electronics to drive the motor, and perform all specified functions. We have also prepared wiring diagrams, and wire cut and crimp drawings for cable suppliers. We have successfully pushed many products through CSA, UL, ETL, and CE testing standards.
