Product Design
The art of defining your goals, and creating products to fill those needs. Let us
show you how creative we are. We know the "ins" and "outs" of Injection molding,
Vacuum forming, Sheet metal stamping, Machining metal parts, Injection Mold design, etc.
We can suggest materials and manufacturing methods based on your budget and annual
usage predictions.
Product Design is a process. It begins with trust. We are ready to sign any non-compete and/or non-disclosure forms you have. We also have generic versions of these forms available for you Here. The Design Process begins with discussions regarding the goals of the parts and assemblies. We will examine any sketches you may have, or measure prototypes you may have. Then we will create some sketches for your approval. Once you approve the basic concept, we will develop 3-D computer models of parts and assemblies. The assemblies can be colored and rotated to give you a better look. Next, rapid prototypes can be made (usually delivered inside of 2 weeks) to give you a good feel for the parts. Prototypes can also be used for some basic testing: strength, fit, feel, etc. Manufacturing and packaging are the next steps and we can guide you through this process as well. We will also work with you closely to quickly revise any issues that come up along the way.
