Product design and development is our main focus. We begin by discussing the concept and function of the product thoroughly with our client. Discussions encompass look, feel, function, material selection, competing products, manufacturing processes with associated costs, annual sales volume and product cost. Hand sketches are drawn to use as notes or guidelines for future development.

Once the design intent is fully understood we will move on to developing the product. Pro-Engineer software is used to develop 3-D parts and assemblies so that you can visualize your product. We can spin the assembly around and take "pictures" of the product to modify the appearance or function of the parts before any money is allocated. Our 3-D parts can also be e-mailed to a number of rapid prototyping companies/technologies in order to provide you with a "real" part or assembly that you can touch, paint, or put together and see working. This also allows for quick modifications if one of the parts "just doesn't feel quite right".

When a design is approved, we can design the molds for injection molding, or thermo-forming, and we can generate detailed drawings for metal, wood, or cardboard parts. We have dealt with many manufacturers in the States; we can point you in the right direction, or handle the entire manufacturing process for you. We can provide all the necessary documentation for assembly or user manuals. We can even put your product in a box with a label and ship it.

We have successfully completed projects in the fields of Commercial Equipment, Medical Instruments, Packaging Products, POP Industry Displays, and Private Inventions.
