Store Fixtures

We have designed and provided manufacturing drawings for end caps, wall units, free standing displays, unit displays to fit existing permanent cabinets, floor plans, and planograms. We have provided multiple designs utilizing different materials for a given project in order to compare material and labor costs. For instance, we designed a large assembly with many injection molded parts. The lead time for the injection molding tools was beyond the required project launch. So, while the tools were being built, we converted the injection molded parts into parts that could be fabricated from flat stock and bonded together. The fabricated versions were used to launch the cosmetic line, and injection molded parts were substituted in later. We have worked with granite, and solid surface materials such as Corian and Megonite, as well as laminates for counter top surfaces.
